ปกติถ้า cancel ห้องต้องแจ้งก่อน 3 วัน ไม่อย่างนั้นจะโดนตัดเงินจากบัตรเครดิต พอดีผมไม่แน่ใจในสถานการณ์ตอนกลับไทยว่าจะเดินทางจากสุวรรณภูมิไปที่โรงแรมได้ไหม เลยแจ้งcancelล่วงหน้า 6 ชั่วโมงก่อนเข้าพักทางe-mail ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่เก็บค่าบริการครับ ขอบคุณครับ
