Again, I must first apologize for writing in English; my computer still does not support Thai fonts (don't know when this can be fixed). I would like to thank you for the compliments of our airline. Having flown less than a month, we are working hard still to keep customers such as yourselves happy on our services. We will continue our best to improve our standard of services on our airline. As in any of the service business, there will always be some minor problems, with which we will try to fix them as soon as possible, and I would like to thank you for your suggestions,and every complaints from our customers because these tell us where we need to improve on our services
To answer Khun K.J whether would there have been Nok Air without Air asia or not, the answer would have to be yes. According to the Thai plan, low cost (budget airline) concept has been in the blue print two years ago, however because Thai is a state enterprise, it took them a lot longer to get the whole business started.But thanks to Air Asia, the model has been successfully introduced in Thailand in such a way that Nok Air also benefited.
